Almond Recruitment, on behalf of a well-established and highly respected holding company of a major international group, is currently seeking an Accountant to join their dynamic finance team in Larnaca.

Responsibilities
- Accurately enter financial data into the accounting software
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Process invoices and payments
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing accounts
- Prepare financial statements
- Manage and track petty cash and company transactions
- Submit required reports to relevant authorities (e.g., tax office, social insurance)
- VIES and VAT submission
- Assist external auditors when required
Requirements
- LCCI Qualified
- Around 5+ years’ experience within accounting/bookkeeping
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in a top 4 firm is an advantage but not a must
