We invite applications from ambitious & highly motivated individuals to join our office in Nicosia as Administrative & Reception Assistant.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with general office tasks and errands as needed, in collaboration with other Departments

  • Organise, maintain, and archive physical and digital filing systems

  • Retrieve and file documents accurately and promptly

  • Ensure documents are correctly labelled and stored in line with company procedures

  • Support the wider admin team with basic data entry, printing, scanning, and photocopying

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer and redirect incoming calls and emails

  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area

  • Handle deliveries and incoming/outgoing post

  • Cover reception desk during staff absences, breaks, or as scheduled

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Basic IT skills (MS Office, email, etc.)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn

  • Professional appearance and attitude

  • Previous office or reception experience (can be voluntary or placement-based)

  • Familiarity with filing systems or administrative procedures
