We are currently seeking talented, motivated, and creative Architects to become part of our expanding practice, based in Larnaca. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings and design proposals for internal and client review
• Develop comprehensive construction plans, including detailed specifications and design intent
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other planning requirements
• Revise plans as needed throughout the design and approval process
• Oversee and coordinate the construction process through to project completion

• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• 5–7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
