Are you an Assistant Accountant with experience in commercial accounting?
Do you have advanced skills in ERP systems, Excel, and Word, with experience in managing and recording all trading-related documentation?

Key responsibilities:
As an Assistant Accountant, you will:
- Collect, review, and process all commercial/trading invoices and supporting documents
- Record and post invoices and related documents into the ERP system (SoftOne mandatory)
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and accounting entries for commercial transactions
- Support monthly reconciliations and reporting for the commercial accounts
- Ensure compliance with MyData submission requirements
- Assist senior accountants in maintaining orderly accounting records
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Excel and Word for internal purposes
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting, ideally in a trading/import-focused environment
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SoftOne mandatory)
- Very good knowledge of Excel and Word
- Basic understanding of MyData and Greek tax/reporting compliance
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
