Assistant Accountant

Job Description

• Reconciliation and monitoring of warehouse movements
• Monitoring of open delivery notes
• Booking of supplier purchase and expense invoices
• Submission of relevant data to MyData platform
• Banks reconciliation
• Creation and maintenance of customer and supplier master data
• Reconciliation of accounts and supplier ledgers
• Participation in monthly management reporting
• Support in the implementation of a new Accounting ERP System
• Support in various ad hoc tasks and assistance to the Chief Accountant

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
• 2+ years or more of relevant accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
