Assistant Financial Controller

 Neptune Lines Shipping and Managing Enterprises is looking for an Assistant Financial Controller to join our Finance team.

• Support financial control operations aligned with Company and Group strategic objectives.
• Monitor financial performance across shipping and land activities, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with KPIs and profitability analysis.
• Develop and maintain management reporting tools (Power BI or similar), including profit and cost centers.
• Assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and investigation of financial deviations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and process improvement.

You will be a successful candidate if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree (MSc or MBA) is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CPA (completed or in progress) are advantageous.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, auditing, or accounting. Experience in shipping / maritime, logistics or automotive is preferred.
