Assistant Store Manager
The ideal candidate will contribute to the management of the daily operations of our Xiaomi Store in Nicosia, ensuring high-quality customer service and achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Store Manager in overseeing and organizing store operations
- Supervising the sales team and ensuring their efficiency
- Implementing commercial strategies to boost sales
- Managing inventory and monitoring product availability
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the retail sector, preferably in technology products
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in the English language
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Familiarity with technology software tools and applications
