Back Office Assistant (Marousi)

Job Description

•Responsible for the daily operation of the call center

•Handle incoming calls and redirect them appropriately

•Make travel arrangements for executives and company employees

•Receive, welcome, and assist incoming visitors

•Draft letters, documents, and other business correspondence

•Distribute, manage, and file incoming and outgoing letters and emails

•Organize, coordinate, and support meetings (scheduling, preparation, and follow-up)

•Provide administrative support to management and staff as requested

•Perform general secretarial and office administration duties

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile

• Some experience in a similar position will be appreciated

• University / College degree in Business Administration, IS or similar

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• IT literacy (MS-Office applications)

• Communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
