Back Office – Customer Support Specialist
Job Description:
• Order entry and coordination of deliveries
• Invoice processing and offer preparation
• Customer support via phone and email
• Scheduling and coordination of installation teams
• Organization of samples and internal follow-up
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
• 2–4 years of experience in Back Office, Customer Support, or Sales Support
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (ERP/CRM knowledge is a plus)
• Fluent Greek and excellent English
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Team-oriented, result-driven, and professional attitude
