Golden Coast Hotel 4*, in Protaras, is currently seeking to recruit Bartenders for the season 2025.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operation of the bar.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered.
- Prepare and serve drinks and beverages according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Adhere to and ensure that all standards of service are met, in line with the F&B Standard Operating Procedures and Hotel Policies & Regulations.
- Deliver excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times.
- Address all guests and staff in a polite, professional and courteous manner promoting a welcoming and respectful environment.
Qualification and Experience:
- Working experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of mixology, including traditional and creative cocktails
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, engaging personality
- Professional appearance & attitude
