Neptune Shipping Agencies is looking for a Boarding Agent to join our Agency team.
- Manage vessel boarding on arrival and departure, ensuring completion of all port formalities.
- Coordinate with port authorities, customs, immigration, and service providers for smooth vessel operations.
- Handle vessel clearance processes (inward/outward) and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Monitor port operations to prevent delays, control costs, and ensure efficient turnaround.
- Provide timely updates and reports on vessel status, while supporting operations on a 24/7 on-call rotation basis.
You will be a successful candidate if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:
- University degree in Maritime Studies, Port Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role within the maritime or shipping industry is considered an asset.
- Solid understanding of the shipping business, vessel operations, and port procedures.
