THE COMPANY
On behalf of our client, a leading Group of Companies operating in the food manufacturing and retail sector, we seek to recruit an experienced and high calibre professional for the position of Brand Manager, to be based in Nicosia.
THE POSITION
The successful candidate will be responsible to contribute to the development and lead the implementation of the branding strategy and ensure alignment with the business strategy.
More specifically, the responsibilities of the successful candidate will be the following, amongst other:

Contribute to the design of the annual Marketing Plan for the channels under his/her responsibility (‘Signature’ or ‘Destination’ Channels).

Undertake the development and implementation of the Action Plan and marketing strategies concerning the channels under his/her responsibility with the guidance of the Marketing management team.

Conduct market research aiming at better understanding consumer needs, habits, and trends, and provide recommendations to the Marketing management team for new products to the channels under his/her responsibility.

Monitor, analyse, and record relevant practices and products of local and international competitors aiming at the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

Participate in the design and implementation of consumer incentive and reward plans through loyalty schemes.

Participate in the implementation of various branding policies and practices, promotional communication tools, and marketing campaigns.

Develop and implement promotional activities based on the relevant plan per sales channel, aiming at increasing brand recognition of the respective channels and the improvement of consumer satisfaction.

Ensure the continuous improvement of the image and appearance of the various sales channels.

Communicate with advertising agencies and media, ensuring the effective implementation of promotional activities for the channels under his/her responsibility and inform the Marketing management team about their progress accordingly.

Provide immediate and effective solutions to promotional, merchandising or marketing issues that may arise in the Group’s sales channels.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or in a related discipline

Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or in a related discipline will be considered as an advantage

At least three (3) years of professional experience in marketing / brand management, in a reputable organization preferably in the wholesale, food service / manufacturing, retail sectors

Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

Results driven with proven ability to analyze data, forecast and identify trends, opportunities and challenges

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both written and verbal
-
Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package; knowledge of graphic design software (i.e. Photoshop, illustrator, etc.) will be considered as an advantage
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
