Business Consultant

Job Description

• Understand client strategic objectives, business challenges and market positioning

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and analyze qualitative & quantitative data

• Evaluate internal processes, financial and operational performance indicators

• Develop structured, evidence-based recommendations and strategic roadmaps

• Design performance improvement, cost optimization and transformation initiatives

• Prepare executive presentations, business cases and high-level reports

• Present findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner

• Support implementation phases and monitor KPIs to ensure measurable impact

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field (MBA/MSc preferred)

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy or advisory roles

• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen

• Experience in business modeling and data analysis (Excel, Power BI or similar tools)

• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Professionalism, integrity and results-oriented mindset
