Call Center Team Leader (Thessaloniki)

Key Responsibilities:
- Keep the team on track to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
- Support call center agents in troubleshooting and out-of-schedule issues, while mediating between segments to solve problems efficiently.
- Identify who needs training, give helpful feedback, and keep the team motivated.
- Take the lead on customer problems and make sure they get resolved quickly and professionally.
- Keep a close eye on retail targets to make sure the team is hitting its marks.

Education & Qualifications
- BSc degree will be an asset
- Previous experience in telephone sales, particularly in a similar position, is essential
- Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in team management is required
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet)
- Very Good knowledge of English
- Familiarity with CRM software and telecommunication platforms is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written

Work Experience
- Previous experience in telephone sales, particularly in a similar position, is essential
