Eurofast Cyprus on behalf of our client, a highly reputable and well-established land developing company based in Nicosia, we are seeking to employ a Civil Engineer and/or Architect for their offices in Nicosia.
Job Description:
• Supervise and coordinate on-site operations and construction activities
• Communication with contractors and subcontractors and other stakeholders
• Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution
• Manage the process of obtaining building permits and liaise with relevant authorities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD will be considered an advantage
• Membership in ETEK will be considered an advantage
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Fluent in both Greek and English language both oral & written
• Analytical and attention to detail
