We are looking for a professional, based in Thessaloniki, who will be working on a shift of 9:00-17:00 and will join our Quality & Claims Team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Handling of Paper Samples 
• Data Entry and Electronic Document Management (photos, documents, data)
• Collaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicating with suppliers and customers for Claim Negotiation

Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Logistics or Business Administration or any other related field
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Customer-centric approach
• Critical thinking skills 
• Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
