As a Collections and Disputes Specialist your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer collections, communication with parents through various channels (calls, emails)
  • Oversee the end-to-end debt collection process(statements, dunning process in line with group policy)
  • New enrolments payments monitoring
  • Client’s accounts management and Education Tickets/Bank transfers/receipts
  • Strong collaboration with the admissions team
  • Oversee the invoicing process
  • Provide support on revenue recognition matters
  • Student contract management, renewals/reenrollments

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the position of Collections and Disputes Specialist will be expected to have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or any other field.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (both written and verbal).
  • End to end understanding of Collections & Disputes procedures.
  • Excellent PC skills & knowledge of SAP
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, able to perform under pressure, being meticulous and detail oriented.
  • Advanced negotiation skills, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent customer and solution-oriented mindset, business acumen with attention to detail and passion to deliver great results.
