Role Overview:
Play a key role in ensuring the company operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies across all jurisdictions.
Your role at HFM:

Monitor and assess the company’s compliance risk in relation to the investment and ancillary services it provides, as well as the financial instruments it trades and distributes.

Oversee the company’s Compliance Monitoring Program, ensuring regular, consistent internal audits and evaluations are conducted.

Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the company’s compliance policies, controls, and procedures.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required regulatory filings and reports, while overseeing regulatory notifications and disclosures.

Investigate and report breaches of compliance or misconduct, escalating as appropriate and recommending remediation actions.

Supervise and monitor the company’s complaint handling procedures to ensure client issues are addressed promptly and documented appropriately.

Conduct regular reviews and annual updates of all company policies and ensure that any changes are clearly communicated to relevant employees and departments.

Review and approve all marketing and promotional materials before publication, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and that communications are fair, clear, and not misleading.

Provide regulatory advice and training across departments to support a robust compliance culture and promote awareness of regulatory obligations.

Stay current on evolving regulatory frameworks across all relevant jurisdictions, advising senior management on required changes and implementing appropriate updates.
What You Bring:

BSc/BA in Legal, Finance, Economics or relevant field.

3+ years’ experience in a similar role.

Experience within a regulated company would be considered an advantage.

Preferably holding CySEC Certificates of Professional Competence.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines.
