Currently, we are looking for a proactive and highly analytical COO Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Limassol. This is a high-impact role supporting the Chief Operating Officer in driving operational excellence across the organization. The ideal Candidate is hands-on, process-driven, and tech-savvy – especially in Power BI and operational reporting – with a keen ability to keep pace with the needs of a fast-growing real estate development company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as COO and CEO’s operational extension to assist and support the execution and follow-up of compnay-wide initiatives.
- Coordinate and report on strategic OKRs across departments on a respective basis.
- Participate in operational planning, helping align teams with company goals.
- Design, maintain, and optimize control dashboards (Power BI) to surface live business issues.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies across systems (e.g. SAP vs CRM).
- Drive cross-departmental process alignment and documentation (process flows, ownership, checkpoints).
- Build governance routines to ensure all teams follow defined processes and SLAs.
- Identify bottlenecks, propose automation or system improvements, and support implementation.
- Support the COO in coordinating internal meetings and managing high-level projects, priorities, and external communications.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field.
- English fluency required; Greek/Russian preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years in project operations, transformation, process management, or operations support role – preferably in real estate, construction, or a fast-growing company.
- Hands-on knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Experience working with business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) and process design.
- Proven ability to work directly with executives and cross-functional leads.
- Strong analytical and system-thinking mindset; hands-on with reporting tools.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.
