Solaar Hospitality Ltd — operating Mercure Larnaka Beach Resort and Mercure Larnaka Finikoudes Beach Hotel — is looking for creative, motivated, and skilled Cook A to join our vibrant kitchen team.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.

• Lead the line during busy service hours.

• Ensure top quality food presentation and consistency.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards.

• Assist in training and mentoring junior cooking staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Cook A or Senior cook.

• Hotel school graduate.

• Knowledge of kitchen operation, safety & food hygiene.

• Ability to thrive into a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with strong communication and time management skills.

• Must be an EU citizen or have a valid Cyprus work permit.
