We are a Paphos based boutique law firm focusing on real estate, corporate and commercial, immigration and relocation services and relevant sectors.
We are currently looking to expand our team with an Corporate Lawyer who will assist and handle company formations, changes to company structures and all the stages of the lifecycle of a company. The role will include handling client communication and onboarding, assisting with the preparation of the required paperwork and carrying out relevant processes.
Your role:
- Handling client communication, collection of documents required for onboarding, consultancy in relation to company structures;
- Drafting of documents, resolutions, contracts, powers of attorney, in general legal documents;
- Collecting, reviewing and handling AML related documentation;
- Dealing with all parts of the company lifecycle including changes, restructurings, amendments to the M&A, etc.;
- Assisting with ancillary tasks as may be required, such as bank account opening, etc.
About You:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the sector;
- Fluency in Greek and English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage;
- Time management, organisational and communication skills;
- Ability to work as part of a team, confidentiality and professionalism;
- Ability to use MS Office and particularly Outlook, as well as its other applications to a good degree.
