Optimum requires a “Crew Officer” for the Crew department. Candidates must have at least 2 years previous experience in similar position and knowledge of all aspects of crew department such as recruitment/selection, planning, certification, training , implementation of Company MS, monitor and control crew complement, appraisal procedure. Experience with tanker manning needs will be preferable. English fluency, and computer literacy are prerequisites.
