We are currently looking for a CRM/CJE (Customer Journey Expert) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in customer journey management and a passion for data-driven marketing.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and program personalized user journeys based on user behavior and segmentation.
  • Improve existing client segmentation methods and communication channels; experiment with new segments and evaluate their performance.
  • Develop and maintain a reporting system to analyze user behavior and CRM metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive CRM product adoption and uncover new opportunities.
  • Configure and manage communication channels, including push notifications and email campaigns.
  • Design visually engaging emails and push notifications; set up automated customer journey flows.
  • Rigorously evaluate CRM campaigns through data analysis.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize messaging, timing, and content across campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in data-driven CRM roles.
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of email marketing strategies and tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and structured monitoring practices.
  • Experience with HTML for email creation is a plus.
