Customer Service Manager
As part of its ongoing growth and business expansion, the company is seeking an experienced and talented executive to lead the Customer Service function, ensuring operational excellence and superior service delivery across all channels.
Responsibilities in this role:
- Lead and develop the customer service team (order management, client support, complaint handling).
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, returns, and claims.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
- Monitor KPIs (order accuracy, response time, customer satisfaction) and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with logistics to ensure efficient delivery and inventory availability.
- Work closely with Sales and Finance to align on credit limits, invoicing, and account status.
- Manage CRM systems and ensure data integrity.
- Handle escalations and resolve complex customer issues.
- Support digital transformation and automation initiatives in customer service.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 4 years in customer service or commercial operations, preferably in tobacco or FMCG.
- Experience managing teams and working with ERP/CRM systems.
- Proven track record in improving customer satisfaction and operational KPIs.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Attributes
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C customer service models.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
- High integrity and customer-centric mindset.
