As a Customer Support Specialist your main responsibilities are:
- responding to client requests efficiently and professionally through phone and email, ensuring excellent support service
- processing orders and overseeing related procedures
- building and maintaining strong client relationships
- managing order processing and handling invoicing responsibilities
- inform clients on the status of their orders
- collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations

The Customer Service Specialist we are looking for should have:
- knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems – familiarity with SAP is preferred
- strong communication and organizational skills
- excellent knowledge of English (spoken & written)
- 1-2 experience in B2B customer support
