As a Customer Support Specialist  your main responsibilities are:

  • responding to client requests efficiently and professionally through phone and email, ensuring excellent support service 
  • processing orders and overseeing related procedures
  •  building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • managing order processing and handling invoicing responsibilities 
  • inform clients on the status of their orders
  • collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The Customer Service Specialist we are looking for should have:

  • knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems – familiarity with SAP is preferred 
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • excellent knowledge of English (spoken & written)
  • 1-2 experience in B2B customer support
