Do you demonstrate previous experience in customer service roles so as to process orders via ERP and provide exceptional customer service as a Customer Support Coordinator?

Do you feel comfortable in communicating with clients and supporting sales team as a Customer Support Coordinator?

As a Customer Support Coordinator, your duties will include the following:

  • answer customers’ product and service questions; suggest information about other products and services.
  • process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • present and issue customers’ invoices and vouchers
  • receive instruction, guidance, and direction from Life Science manager and use own knowledge and existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • apply general knowledge of the business and develop an understanding of how to coordinate customer service and sales support services

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As a Customer Support Coordinator, you must have the following requirements:

  • 1-2 year of experience in Customer Service and Ordering positions
  • AEI/TEI degree
  • excellent PC skills & knowledge of ERP systems
  • strong working in a multitasking environment
  • great communication and customer service skills
  • very good command in English
  • excellent command in Greek
