Key Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule e-shop orders with precision and care.
- Deliver professional and high-quality customer service to every client.
- Work collaboratively to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service – a proven track record of making customers smile!
- Excellent computer skills – proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
- Problem-solving skills – quick thinking and a can-do attitude.
- Attention to detail – nothing escapes your eye!
- Eagerness to learn – interested in social media, graphic design, and new technologies.
- Dynamic personality – negotiation skills, initiative, and a talent for multitasking.
- Passion for chocolate – an extra sweet bonus!
- Fluent in Greek and English – both spoken and written.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday:
- May to September: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Flexible hours within this timeframe)
- Rest of the Year: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
