Digital Marketing & Content Specialist
On behalf of a client, a leading consulting firm in the EU funding sector, we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to support the communication and dissemination activities of EU-funded projects.
Objective
This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on content creation, with a focus on impactful visibility and outreach.
Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
• Draft and implement communication, dissemination, and exploitation plans for EU-funded projects (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, etc.)
• Participate in coordination/partners’ meetings in Cyprus and other EU countries, if needed (i.e. if the company is the dissemination leader).
• Collaborate closely with the Project Management Unit for smooth administrative management of projects.
• Create clear, engaging written content for various audiences (articles, social media posts, newsletters, website copy)
• Design visual content using Canva or another similar tool for project promotion and events
• Manage, grow and update multiple project-related social media accounts
• Create and run paid social media campaigns (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn Ads)
• Create and coordinate email marketing campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp or similar tools)
• Track analytics and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and EU partners to ensure messaging is aligned
• Create content, design and implement the company’s social media campaign
Position’s Requirements
• Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in the area of Marketing, or any other related field.
• 3-5 years of related work experience, ideally as a Dissemination/Marketing Officer and/or Manager.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media strategy, preferably in the EU-funded projects field
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English and Greek
• Hands-on experience with Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Understanding of dissemination and exploitation requirements in EU projects
