We seek to recruit an enthusiastic, hard-working, and ambitious professional to join our Nicosia office as a Digital Marketing Junior.
Duties and Responsibilities

Support the creation and scheduling of social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.

Help gather and curate engaging content (images, videos, and text) that matches the company’s brand voice and goals.

Monitor social media accounts and flag trends, audience feedback, and engagement opportunities for the team.

Assist in tracking and reporting basic social media and campaign performance metrics.

Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing activities as part of the overall marketing plan.

Help prepare and distribute press releases and ensure the company is featured regularly in both online and print media.

Support the management and organization of corporate gifts and branded materials.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and align with brand guidelines.

Help prepare internal materials, such as templates and content for presentations and proposals.

Assist in organizing company events, including trade shows, conferences, and internal activities.

Support the coordination of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in the region.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Analytics, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).

1–2 years of relevant experience in a marketing or communications role is a plus.

Understanding of social media platforms and content creation best practices.

Familiarity with social media tools and analytics (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Business Suite).

Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva and Adobe Acrobat is an advantage.

Good written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

Strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the role.

Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with supervision.

A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.
