We are currently seeking an experienced Docuemnt Controller/ Project Administrator for a large-scale mixed-use project in the real estate sector in Limassol. This unique project will be implemented on the site of an existing juice production facility, presenting distinct challenges, including the critical plan of relocating the production without interrupting the current production process.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Organizing and supervising day-to-day project operations.
- Attending meetings, taking minutes, and tracking task completion.
- Administering task management systems (e.g., Asana).
- Scheduling meetings and managing directors’ calendars.
- Handling documentation: submission, processing, approvals, and ensuring timely payments.
- Collaborating with the Project Director to ensure process efficiency.
- Facilitating inter-departmental communication to support project success.
Requirements for the position:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a project coordinator.
- Fluency in English and Greek; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
- Proficiency with task management systems (e.g., Asana).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Competence in document management and meeting deadlines.
