Entity Finance Partner

Job Description

General Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations across all entities.
• Ensure accuracy of the general ledger and compliance with IFRS and Local GAAP.
• Oversee ME, YE closing processes.
• Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Collaborate with Entity Finance Manager on complex accounting matters.
• Support external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.

KAR Ownership & Reconciliations

• Own KAR processes and ensure accuracy of assigned accounts.
• Oversee BS reconciliations for all entities.
• Ensure timely identification and resolution of discrepancies.
• Work with Accounting Associates to maintain reconciliation quality.

Financial Statements & Compliance

• Support preparation of statutory and management Financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and controls.
• Collaborate with Tax Manager on tax-related accounting items.
• Support JSOX and internal control testing.

Process Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain governance over accounting processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Ensure documentation of processes and controls.
• Work with IT and SAP teams on system enhancements.

Leadership & Team Development

• Coach Accounting Associates.
• Build capability and ensure clear ARCI across the team.
• Act as shadow role to the Entity Finance Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (ACCA, IFRS) preferred.
• A’ Class Tax qualification
• 5+ years of experience
