Financial Accountant

Job Description

• Ensure that all financial information is accurately captured in the SAP ERP system. Analyze monthly financial results and perform necessary accruals and adjustments during the month-end close.
• Support the management accounting team in preparing monthly reports and analyses, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial information.
• Prepare and analyze deliverables for both management accounting and external audit purposes, including detailed balance sheet reconciliations.
• Exercise and monitor internal control procedures, ensuring strict compliance with the Company’s Accounting Policies and IFRS standards.
• Manage various ad hoc tasks and projects as they arise or upon your supervisor’s request.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
• MSc or professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA) is a plus.
• 3-6 years of professional experience in relevant positions
• Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken).
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Solid understanding of SAP ERP or similar financial systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive and autonomous, with a continuous process improvement mindset
