The Company:

The Position:
Foreclosures Specialist: The successful candidate will be a member of the Foreclosures Department and will report to the Foreclosures Manager.
Responsibilities:

Knowledge of foreclosure legislation and procedures
-
Carrying out foreclosure procedures as provided for by the relevant legislation
-
Handle the allocated portfolio- make decisions on a daily basis in accordance with the policy of the Company
-
Provide support to the Foreclosures Manager
-
Prepare reports on a regular basis to the Foreclosures Manager
-
Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager of the Department
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s (BA / BSc) and / or Master’s degree in Mathematics/ Finance / Business Administration / Accounting or other related field
-
Previous experience in a related field will be considered as an advantage
-
Results-driven with an ability to take initiatives and oversee performance
-
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
-
Effective time management skills
-
High levels of integrity and work ethics
-
Excellent Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
-
Excellent Knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written
