Location: Aphrodite Hills Resort, Paphos

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our resort, providing warm hospitality and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, and coordinating guest services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional manners.
  • Escort guests to their accommodation property and explain all the essential information about the property
  • Handle guest inquiries via email, phone, and in person, delivering prompt and professional assistance.
  • Maintain and manage guest reservations, including updating records, processing payments, and handling tour operator bills.
  • Perform general administration tasks and ensure guest records are up-to-date.
  • Work collaboratively with the Guest Relations team and other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist with special guest requests, such as arranging transportation, restaurant reservations, or excursions.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation when necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service position.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks as needed.
  • Fluent in English language (Russian or any other language will be considered as an advantage).
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license.
  • EU citizenship or valid EU work permit required.
