HR Generalist (Based in Heraklion)

We are seeking a highly motivated and well-organized HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hands-on experience in HR operations and will be responsible for supporting a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wishes to further develop their career in a people-focused organization.

Job Description

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives
• Handle day-to-day HR administration, including contracts, records, and reporting
• Act as a point of contact for employees, ensuring a positive employee experience
• Contribute to HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor legislation
• Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and propose effective solutions

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
• Ms Degree in Human Resources will be a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar HR role
• Strong understanding of Greek labor law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS systems will be considered an asset
