About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a Human Resources Officer who knows their way around everything HR—but also has a keen eye for recruiting the talent elite. If you’ve got a passion for talent hunting and keeping the people ops engine running smoothly, you are a perfect match for us!
You’ll play a key role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, and you’ll also exceptionally handle the recruitment process as a whole — from writing compelling job ads to celebrating new joiners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- End-to-end recruitment process: writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partnering with internal hiring managers to understand team needs and create innovative hiring strategies
- Managing and keeping employee records accurate and up-to-date
- Supporting performance review processes, engagement surveys, and training initiatives
- Assisting with policy implementation, compliance, and employee relations matters
- Coordinating employment contracts, offering letters, and onboarding documents
- Helping to build a strong employer brand—on LinkedIn, job boards, and beyond
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition and HR-related duties
- Educational background in Human Resources or related topic
- Solid understanding of HR-related processes, compliance, and employee life cycle management
- Excellent communicator with ninja-level organizational skills
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with HRIS systems and recruitment platforms (like Seek, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of English (any additional language would be considered as an advantage)
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working in start-up companies as a Talent Acquisition
- A sharp eye for candidate qualifications and enriching employer branding
