Optimum is seeking an HSQ Officer. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years tanker sea service or higher shipping education and/or HSQE-related BSc or MSc qualifications. Previous office experience in a similar HSQE role, strong knowledge of shipping regulations, excellent English communication skills and computer literacy are essential.
