We are a Paphos based boutique law firm focusing on real estate, corporate and commercial, immigration and relocation services and relevant sectors.

We are currently looking to expand our team with an Immigration Services Consultant who will assist and handle applications for residence permits at all stages of the processes. The role will include handling client communication and onboarding, assisting with the preparation of the required paperwork and carrying out relevant processes, visiting the District Immigration Offices and the Migration Department in Nicosia for the submission of residence permit applications and other related tasks. It should be noted that the successful candidate must visit the Migration Department in Nicosia once a week.

Your role:

• Handling client communication, collection of documents required for onboarding, consultancy in relation to various types of residence permits;
• Assisting with the collection of all required documents, review of documents and assistance with procedural tasks such as stamp duty tax payment, arrangement of translations, etc.;
• Submission of the application on behalf of the client or accompanying the client to the District Immigration Office for the submission;
• Visiting the Migration Department in Nicosia weekly for submissions and other relevant tasks;
• Following up of applications, communication with Immigration Office and Migration Department Officers;
• Assisting with ancillary tasks as may be required, such as tax identification code issuance, General Health System registration, etc.;

About You:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the sector;
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field will be considered an advantage;
• Fluency in Greek and English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage;
• Time management, organisational and communication skills;
• Ability to work as part of a team, confidentiality and professionalism;
• Ability to use MS Office and particularly Outlook, as well as its other applications to a good degree.
