IT – Computing & Infrastructure Expert (based in Cyprus)

Well-established international Family Office is seeking an IT – Computing & Infrastructure Expert to own and support IT operations across multiple locations in Europe.

This is a field, senior role combining L1/L2 support, IT service delivery, infrastructure administration, small-to-mid project ownership, vendor & budget management, within a high-trust, high-confidentiality environment.

Job Description

• End-to-end L1/L2 IT support (Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, VPN, Wi-Fi, endpoints cybersecurity, Networks WANs/WLANs)
• Identity & access management using Microsoft Active Directory  / Entra ID / Azure AD, MFA, permissions, onboarding/offboarding of users and devices
• IT service management (incident, request, change, documentation, SLAs)
• Delivery of small–mid IT projects (new sites, M365 improvements, security hardening, device refresh)
• Vendor, budget and renewal management
• Support IT governance, cybersecurity incidents, BCPs and regulatory requirements (DORA, GDPR)
• Ensure reliable, consistent IT operations across all sites

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years in IT Operations / IT Support in corporate or multinational, regulated  environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure/Entra, networking & endpoints devices
• Experience with ERP / enterprise platforms and IT governance frameworks
• Excellent English communication skills
• High discretion, ownership mindset and executive-level support behaviour
• Traveling availability
