We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and customer-oriented IT Technician to join our dedicated team and support the smooth operation of our hotel properties in Ayia Napa. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, thrive in a fast-paced and service-focused environment, and enjoy working collaboratively to resolve technical challenges. As an integral part of our IT team, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for users, providing timely problem-solving support
- Install and configure hardware (servers, PCs, laptops, tablets, printers) and software (Windows, Office suites, antivirus, etc.)
- Prepare and dispatch equipment to the Group’s locations
- Troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues
- Repair or replace faulty hardware
- Manage technical documentation
- Ensure high-level customer service for all support queries
- Take ownership of user issues and proactively resolve them
- Assist users with hardware-related advice
- Set up user mobile devices (Android, Apple iOS, Windows)
- Travel to remote locations for support and hardware deliveries
- Provide after-hours user support when needed
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred
- Proficient in Windows 10, Windows 7, Windows Server OS, and Microsoft Office Suites
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Systems Administration, PC/Laptop hardware set-up and configuration, and Help Desk support will be considered a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, including user setup, email creation, and permission assignment
- Experience troubleshooting MS Office applications, particularly Outlook
- Ability to produce clear documentation for a non-technical audience
- Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills, including strong telephone and face-to-face communication
- Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)
