Junior Account Recovery Specialist

Main Responsibilities

•            Communicate and negotiate with borrowers to effectively manage overdue loans

•            Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and achievement of targets

•            Degree from a higher education institution, preferably in Economics or Finance

•            Experience in NPL management, customer service, or sales is highly appreciated

•            Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines

•            Strong team collaboration skills

•            Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

•            Good knowledge of English and MS Office
