Junior Accountant (Fully Remote)

Job Description

• Record and maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with Greek Accounting Standards (E.L.P.)

• Manage accounts payable invoices and ensure the collection and validation of supporting documentation

• Support payroll processing activities and related accounting procedures

• Handle accounting entries related to bank transactions

• Manage accounting procedures related to import transactions

• Prepare reconciliations for various balance sheet accounts

• Assist in the preparation of management reports and ad hoc financial analyses

• Support accounts receivable invoicing processes

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely accounting operations

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, or related field

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle will be considered an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
