Has the responsibility to organize and complete the banking related work for the clientele portfolio assigned to him/her and ensure that the objectives and deadlines are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively opens and maintains bank accounts (Cyprus and abroad).
  • Executes transfers of funds between bank accounts.
  • Monitors Account Transactions.
  • Follows up on due diligence processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Completes all relevant banking forms and documentation in an efficient and precise manner.
  • Files documents systematically accordingly to the company’s filing procedures.
  • Ensures timely completion of all assigned tasks and projects.
  • Informs the Banking Manager of any urgent issues or concerns.
  • Utilizes the company’s electronic systems effectively to manage information and workflows.
  • Implements departmental policies, procedures, and objectives as required.
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business related discipline would be considered an advantage.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
