Junior E-commerce Content Coordinator

INGROUP is seeking, on behalf of its client — a leading company specializing in technology products, electronics, and electrical appliances — a Junior E-commerce Content Coordinator to join its Digital Commerce team.

The Role

The Junior E-commerce Content Coordinator will be responsible for the daily management and updating of content across the company’s digital sales channels, with a strong focus on the accurate, complete, consistent, and attractive presentation of products on the website.

Responsibilities

Manage and update content across the company’s digital sales channels.

Upload and maintain products online, ensuring their accurate and complete presentation.

Create, update, and maintain product content, including descriptions, specifications, photos, and videos.

Manage and publish website banners and promotional content.

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and quality of product information across all digital touchpoints.

Coordinate and implement content updates in line with the company’s commercial and marketing plans.

Monitor website performance and web analytics to identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and the overall digital experience.

Monitor promotional campaigns and their effectiveness in supporting online sales and customer engagement.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 1 year of professional experience in e-commerce, digital content, or a related digital environment.

Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and core digital marketing tools.

Experience in product content management or website content will be considered a strong plus.

Very good knowledge of MS Office.

Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.

Monthly salary of €1000 – 1,100 gross.
