Junior IT Systems & Operations Engineer

Job Description

• Support the implementation of digital systems integration projects within laboratory environments, from requirements gathering to go-live
• Assist in the setup, configuration and troubleshooting of systems related to LIS connectivity, middleware and data workflows
• Support the integration of digital health solutions, including cybersecurity frameworks and related tools
• Monitor system performance KPIs and contribute to improving system uptime and service quality
• Manage the lifecycle of spare parts, including receiving, inspection and proper storage
• Coordinate order fulfillment for urgent repairs and scheduled maintenance
• Maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) accuracy and support stock control processes
• Ensure all operational activities comply with company quality standards and healthcare regulations

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support, systems or technical roles (internships included)
• Basic understanding of networking, databases and IT systems
• Familiarity with system integration, middleware or healthcare IT systems will be considered an asset
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle both technical and operational tasks
• Very good command of Greek and English
• Proficiency in PC use (MS Office and business tools)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within a technical environment
