Junior Quality Control Technician (Mandra)

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client—a company producing personal hygiene consumer products with a strong global export presence—is looking to fill the position of Junior Quality Control Technician. 

Its iconic brands—NEUTROGENA®, AVEENO®, TYLENOL®, LISTERINE®, JOHNSON’S®, and BAND-AID®—are category leaders, trusted by millions of consumers worldwide who rely on our products to enhance their daily lives.

📌 Location: Mandra

📅 Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, Office hours

💼 Contract: 6 months, with renewal prospects

What you will do:

• Perform physicochemical analyses on bulk and finished products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Conduct sampling procedures and perform laboratory analyses, including Marketed product stability testing
• Support raw materials sampling & testing
• Carry out physicochemical and microbiological testing on water samples to ensure product safety and quality
• Prepare and sterilize laboratory media and solutions required for microbial growth
• Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records, ensuring proper data entry and traceability
• Record test results in SAP, manage documentation, and support reporting processes related to quality control activities

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or an equivalent scientific/technical field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in the field
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
• Responsibility, reliability & teamwork skills
