Junior Technology Consultant

Type: Full time

On behalf of our client, a leading cloud-based technology solutions agency specializing in Business Technology Applications and Digital Marketing services, we are seeking a Junior Technology Consultant to support clients with the adoption and implementation of cloud software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and support Business Software (CRM, Business Systems, Cloud Platforms, AI) to assist clients in adopting and utilizing solutions.
• Provide functional support, including resolving functional system problems to ensure smooth operation for clients.
• Assist in delivering product pre-sales demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the key features and benefits of the solutions.
• Participate in the implementation process by assisting with assigned tasks and ensuring successful execution.
• Follow industry trends and be informed about advancements in cloud solutions to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, or other related fields.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
• Good communication skills in English and Greek.
• Knowledge of SoftOne, CRM.COM, Exelsys HCM, Pharmacy System or Payroll or any other business software will be considered as an advantage.
• A strong willingness to learn and grow in the technology field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
