We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager team

experiences for our guests. You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced

With a focus on attention to detail, you’ll assist in providing excellent
service by ensuring guests feel welcome, their needs are met, and the dining
area is clean and organized.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Junior Waiter/Waitress, you will play a pivotal
role in contributing to the team’s success by undertaking the following
responsibilities:

• Ensure every guest is
  treated as a VIP, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service.
• Collaborate seamlessly
  with team members to ensure exceptional service.
• Proactively engage with
  guests and address their needs with professionalism and composure.
• Serve food and
  beverages with style, adhering to established standards of quality and
  presentation.
• Handle special requests and guest complaints, utilizing
  effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Anticipate guests’ needs by recognizing when they require
  additional drinks, condiments, or services before being asked, enhancing their
  overall dining experience.
• Monitor and maintain
  the cleanliness and organization of the space, ensuring a pleasant and
  welcoming environment.
• Carry out the efficient
  setup and breakdown of the dining area as required.
• Ensure all glassware,
  silverware, and dishes are spotless, polished, and ready for use.
• Provide a warm and
  personalized welcome to all guests, presenting menus in a timely manner. Offer
  detailed information about our food and beverage options, answering any
  questions they may have to enhance their dining experience.
• Ensure tables are set up impeccably by
  arranging linens, silverware, glasses, and other necessary items according to
  our service standards.
• Provide expert recommendations on menu items
  and highlight daily specials to enhance the dining experience. Identify
  opportunities to upsell relevant products or services in line with company
  standards.
• Use POS systems or order slips efficiently to
  take accurate orders from guests, ensuring that all details are captured
  correctly before submitting them for preparation.
• Adhere to all Health
  & Safety protocols and policies.
• Treat every guest as a
  VIP by offering a warm welcome, providing exceptional service, and engaging
  with professionalism and composure.
• Work seamlessly with the team
  to maintain outstanding service standards while ensuring the dining area
  remains clean, organized, and inviting.
• Serve food and beverages with
  style, adhering to quality and presentation standards, while anticipating
  guests’ needs for additional drinks, condiments, or services.
• Handle special requests and
  guest concerns with effective communication, demonstrating strong
  problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ensure tables are impeccably
  set with linens, silverware, and glassware, while also maintaining spotless and
  polished tableware at all times.
• Present menus promptly, provide
  detailed food and beverage recommendations, highlight daily specials, and
  identify opportunities to upsell.
• Accurately take and process
  orders using POS systems or order slips, ensuring every detail is captured
  before submission.
• Set up and break down the
  dining area efficiently, following service protocols while adhering to all
  Health & Safety standards.
