Legal Secretary
Our client, a well-established law firm, is looking to enhance its team with a Legal Secretary.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to lawyers, paralegals, and office management.

  • Handle litigation software (e.g., Arbizon) including data entry for court dates, deadlines, and related documentation.

  • Manage i-Justice platform: file court documents, monitor court communications, and update calendars with court dates.

  • Type legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, reports, and correspondence using MS Word.

  • Create and manage filing systems, both electronic and hard copy; scan, index, organize, and file documents and court exhibits.

  • Answer and manage telephone calls and client inquiries; schedule appointments and maintain diaries (including court diaries).

  • Communicate with clients, doctors, and third parties professionally via phone and email.

  • Assist with invoicing using legal software (Arbizon, e-soft) and prepare annual client reports.

  • Perform clerical duties such as printing, copying, and posting legal and business documents.

  • Maintain awareness of case-specific details where necessary to support accurate documentation and follow-up.

  • Assist with general office support and other tasks as required.

Position’s Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or any other related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a legal or professional services setting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with litigation/legal software is a plus.

  • Strong secretarial and clerical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Team-player with a positive, polite, and professional attitude.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working hours: Monday – Thursday 08:00-13:00 and 15:00-18:00 & Friday 08:00-14:30
