POSITION SUMMARY:

Technical Compliance Manager will be advising on technical regulations, requirements and standards. Also, the Technical Compliance Manager, will assess and analyze any technical compliance gap in order to provide the team with the respective technical solutions. In addition to that, liaising with legal department will be necessary as well as keeping up with any changes on technical requirements.

Works closely with Gaming Operations team members and managers for smooth execution.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs audits
  • Recommends changes and alterations
  • Tracks regulatory compliance activities
  • Ensures regulatory changes are properly and effectively communicated
  • Maintains files of outstanding regulatory issues
  • Maintains regulatory performance documents and spreadsheets
  • Consults with the technical department
  • Organizes and leads meetings with the technical department
  • Develops, implements, and recalls activities including planning, support and communication within the department

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Degree in Law, Business Administration or any other related field
  • Experience in technical regulations, technical requirements and standards.

Experience

  • 5 years or more relevant experience in a related position
  • Previous experience in the gaming industry will be considered as an advantage
  • Technical experience

Skills

  • Excellent MS Office suite knowledge, especially Word, Excel
  • Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information
  • Good understanding of gaming legislation
  • Knowledge of gaming industry standards
  • Fluency in Greek and English is a must, both spoken and written
  • Very good communication skills
  • Good multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a paperless office
  • Excellent negotiation skills and coordination between departments
