As our team expanding, a company under Columbia Group, is seeking to recruit a Marketing Officer in Limassol Cyprus.

Position Summary:

Marketing Officer’s responsibilities include administrative duties, assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies. Candidate will need to display versatility in order to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing Department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

The Marketing Officer is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

  • Supporting the Business Development and Marketing Manager with project organization.

  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the Department’s activities.

  • Researching, updating and maintaining the Social Media/Observations Calendar

  • Keeping up with industry trends.

  • Carrying out research, negotiating and placing orders for Marketing materials/corporate gifts/marketing props.

  • Stock control of Marketing materials.

  • Maintaining schedules for marketing initiatives.

  • Maintaining Department digital filing system.

  • Assisting in development and execution of marketing campaigns.

  • Maintaining and updating social media accounts and company website.

  • Social Media – Maintain timely posts to inform the public of company narrative and keep the public apprised of news in collaboration with leadership.

  • Website Management and Updates – Maintain website appearance and content through collaboration with leadership team and third-party consultant. Ensure that website remains accurate and relevant through updates, news posts.

  • Assisting in preparation and organization of company events, seminars, and webinars.

  • Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents.

  • Maintain and organize all digital marketing records including media articles, project photography, project pages, firm bios, client lists, and award records.

  • Developing content for blogs, articles, social media, and the Company’s website.

  • Dealing with and preparing media, conference, company events and training plans.

  • Maintain complete confidentiality.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent;

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);

  • Proven experience in marketing and/or digital marketing;

  • Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn);

  • Digital photography and video editing experience;

  • Excellent command of the English Language (written and verbal);

  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills.
